Not all information needed in a Real Estate transaction is collected on the internet.   Hard copy documents containing Personally Identifiable Information are stored in a physically secure location and are retained in accordance with the requirements of local, state and federal law and Madhouse’ internal policies.   At such time as documents containing Personally Identifiable Information can be disposed of, such disposal is accomplished in a manner that protects the confidentiality of the Personally Identifiable Information.

If your Personal Information changes or if you no longer wish to use certifiedmadness.com, you may correct your information or delete your profile on the website by emailing us directly.
